Sage is highly recognized and respected online payment processor, so if you do choose to save your credit card information with Sage for easy repeat ordering, rest assured that your information will be safe.

What if I loose my credit card or someone makes unauthorized purchases with it? 
Immediately contact your credit card company if you loose your card or you suspect someone made unauthorized purchases with it. The procedure may vary from bank to bank.

Does JanitorialEmporium.com sell any of my information?
JanitorialEmporium.com and its sister and parent companies never sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside companies. Any personal information we collect is solely used to facilitate your shopping experience.

How do I find a product?
You can search for any product on our site via the "Navigation" links located on the left side. All products are categorized first by type and secondly by brand for your shopping convenience.

How do I place an order?
To place an order just point to a department, select a category, find your product, enter the order quantity and click on the cart. Then go to "check out" and submit your information.

Is there a minimum order?
No, we have no minimum order on all domestic US orders.

How do I return an item?
Email us at customerservice@janitorialemporium.com with your request. We'll give you a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number and proper return instructions. See our Return Policy for more details.

Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?
Once you submit an order, you can make changes by e-mailing us at customerservice@janitorialemporium.com and giving us your order number. We'll make every effort to adjust your order, unless it has already gone to our warehouse, where it's processed quickly.

How are orders approved?
We'll let you know on the spot whether your credit card order is approved or not.

How are orders confirmed?
You'll get an immediate confirmation on-screen plus an order number, which you can print out. A follow-up e-mail confirmation with your order information will also be sent.

What if I want to cancel an order?
You need to send an e-mail to customerservice@janitorialemporium.com. Most orders go straight to our warehouse and we may not be able to intercept them in time. If you pass the cancellation point, then contact us when the order arrives about returning it. See our Return Policy for all the specifics.

For product questions, you should consult the MSDS for that product before you buy. If an MSDS is available a link will be displayed next to the product. If you can't find a specific product, e-mail us at customerservice@janitorialemporium.com.

We don't share information with or sell data to 3rd parties. We just use your IP address to identify you and your shopping cart, and gather broad demographic information for our internal reference.
