Payment Terms are specified on the face of the invoice.
Returns / Claims
Janitorial Emporium provides no warranty on the products sold, but our suppliers make every effort to produce trouble-free products. However, if a quality problem is attributed to one of our suppliers it is our aim to resolve the problem promptly, equitably and amicably.

Merchandise will be accepted for credit within 5 days of being in the customer's possession, when returned in original packages, case, or skids, and prior approval has been received.

Concealed damage at time of purchase will be accepted for credit beyond 5 days, but Janitorial Emporium must be notified promptly when damage is discovered, and not later than 30 days after delivery.

On purchases of Special Print, Custom Produced, & other Non price book items, all sales are final, with no returns being accepted.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Direct Vendor shipment returns are subject to the Vendors approval.
Liability
Janitorial Emporium will not be liable to any person for any damages.
